Merry Christmas to you and all the reader/contributor off GFF.

A very nicely tied fly, but why did he and many other tiers place the barred rabbit with the bars facing up? Don't salmon and steelhead come from below to take a swinging fly, I know tarpon are almost always coming from below to take a fly.
